Free Printing
Create buildings of any size or shape by printing layer by layer. Foam is used as the scaffolding for other robotically applied materials and finishes. The only things required on the jobsite are our robots and a few drums of material.
Frontier Printing
Print in the harshest environments (even on Mars) with air form technology. By controlling the atmosphere in the air form, we can print rain or shine, hot or cold, 14.7 psi or 0.088 psi. Airforms allow Builder to create composite walls from the outside-in without the need for support materials.
Telescoping Arm Technology
To print large structures, we need a lightweight, stiff, and far-reaching robotics platform unlike any other. This telescoping carbon fiber arm is what we developed to take Builder to the next level.
