From site prep to paint, our fleet of robots will construct resilient habitats on Earth and maybe even Mars.

Here's how they work...

Site Preparation

Dozer levels the land and transports Builder Bot to the build site.

Meet the Fleet

Energy Collection

Builder Bot opens it's arms and legs, tracking the sun with it's solar panels to collect energy for the build.

Material Transportation

Dozer retrieves print material and loads it into Builder Bot.

Insulation Printing

Foam insulation is printed with the first arm.  The foam acts as an air barrier and a scaffold for the next materials.

Multiple Material Stitching

Carbon fiber reinforcement, water pipes, and electrical wires are attached to the foam layer with elastic staples.

Concrete Printing

A Concrete inner layer is printed with the third arm and is auto troweled to a smooth finish.

Regolith Cover

Dozer covers the structure with local material to provide protection from the environment.
